The president of a medium size regional automobile dealership, with a fleet of 10,000 autos, wishes to communicate to her 400 employees located in three different states her new vision that “Every customer is a customer for life.” The average age of her sales force is 35-years-old. The average age of all employees is 41-years-old. If the president communicates her short-term corporate vision how does this affect the view that stakeholders will have for the company’s long-term results?
