QUESTION: Interesting aspect of risk issues, and your point to laws and regulations of different countries, which may affect procurement practices in many projects, especially international projects, nowadays.
Accordingly, evaluation the impact of laws and regulations in legal agreements on relationships between different parties in supply chains is essential, particularly when we are dealing with other countries.
