Your Answer:

A) We placed a board with websites and creative ideas the motivate the thinking and innovative practices.

B) Having an improved staff room helped improve collaboration as all staff members had an area to go to have meetings so we could work towards shared visions and share ideas with each other.

C) With this improved room staff are having an area to sit relax and do paper work this has improved productivity and staff morale.

D) The staff have been establishing trust, sharing ideas and helping each other in the improved staff room

E) After receiving suggestions from staff members i did have to shut down certain ideas as there was barriers (not enough room). All staff members reacted to the improved staff room positive.

F) My supervisor helped me manage the change process by assisting me in what i needed and also helping me in changing the room can you evaluate and ad to these answers at all?
