1.  What strategies for achieving or maintaining a healthy weight seem to work best for you?

 What approaches are most effective for you when it comes to physical activity?  

B) Identify at least one SPECIFIC and measurable improvement in regards to your weight or physical activity level that you're willing to make starting this week.  A measurable goal usually has numbers and/or a time frame in it (Example: "I'm not overweight - but I'm not very fit.  Since I'm naturally thin, I don't focus a lot on physical activity or fitness.  My goal this week is to replace at least ONE HOUR of sedentary time every day with something more active.  For example, instead of sitting on the couch for a phone conversation, I can talk while I walk").

Specific Goal: I'm an overweight person - but I have to lose from 10 to 15 pound to be at the normal range ......
