Instructions
Step 1: In your oral presentation you will present a five (5) minute response to the question:
Why is it important to learn about cultural issues in psychology? '
Your presentation should apply the elements of your rationale to the Australian context and specifically, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, using specific examples to illustrate your case.
Your presentation is recorded and submitted online. It must be prepared in PowerPoint and recorded using Panopto. Instructions are provided below. The presentation must include recorded audio of you delivering the content. You might include additional resources/readings as part of the presentation. You should include your own image (from webcam) for at least part of the presentation but the focus will be on the slide content.
The presentation should be no more than five (5) minutes long. Only the marker and Unit Coordinator will be able to view it. The marker will not watch anything over five minutes (and it will not be included in the assessment of the assignment).
Your presentation should be a maximum of six slides with the sixth containing your reference list. Please include your name in the file name, and on the first slide when submitting.
