Instructions: Write a paper (3 pages double spaced) following APA formatting. A minimum of 3 sources are required. Include a title page, abstract, and references (not included in the 3-4 page length requirement). There is a rubric for this assignment. Please review the rubric prior to beginning the assignment to become familiar with the expectations for successful completion.

Option 1: Organizational Evaluation
In today's fast-paced and global community, most organizations are faced with constant change. Discuss a major change that has happened or is currently happening in your organization. Get Assistance Now!!
In this paper, include the following:
Question 1: Describe the organization and the change to which it is responding. (restructuring the jobs if obsolete or not due to funding requirements)
Question 2: Discuss the degree to which the change has been disruptive and how the organization has responded to the dynamics created by this change. (There was about 10 or so people that were laid off if they were not transitioned to another position. Lose some funding that really helps driver our organization even some Senior leadership left or were dismissed)
Question 3: Evaluate the strategies the organization used in its change plan and determine the level of success the organization experienced with the strategies. (Recruiting more people in and trying to match the salaries to be competitive; adding assistance with Cris Ray students to volunteer in varies areas for the depts to catch up on projects or execute anything that needs to be done such as documenting, HIM, EHRs and so on)
Question 4: Evaluate the overall implications the change had on interdepartmental collaboration. (HR Department is working with Programs to find a solution of the needs vs wants so that it will flow better; work flow is being reconstructed; new hires are coming in with better pay and implementing other changes to get person served in the door and labs, visits caught up)
Question 5: In your opinion, how well did the leaders of the organization respond and prepare for the change? (Pretty well for the response on the changes that needed to happen.)
Question 6: What worked and what did not work with the strategies they implemented? (Some positions didn't work or cost was too high so there were cuts in that area; trainings were reduced along with mileage and other incentives such as team building allowance for teams, Case managers no longer were getting incentives for extra work added on; less spending on events, awards, for our person served clubhouse was taken away but will be coming back in March 2025.)
Question 7: What modifications would you suggest the leaders of the organization make in order to better address the change dynamics? What additional strategies would you recommend to assist the organization through this change?
