The Group Project provides possibility to evaluate the market opportunity, to launch a new product or service for the Australian TELCO or Green Transformation sectors. Teams are to develop a Business Canvas model for this new initiative.

The final Strategy Report is to encompass the relevant aspects of developing an integrated strategic business model ensuing from the business opportunity. It will need to consider suitable, relevant frameworks in developing their respective business strategy and initiatives.

In week 8 & 9, teams will present to lecturer initial draft of their project framework and then over the ensuing week they will refine the framework.
