In a coffee-cup calorimeter, 12.5 grams of CaCl2 are added to 138.0 grams of water at 24.2 degree Celsius. After all of the CaCl2 dissolves, the temperature of the solution is 32.9 degree Celsius. Calculate the enthalpy (in kJ/mole) for this reaction. Assume that the resulting solution has a specific heat of 4.18 J/g degree C.
