Question - Tardis Ltd is a small company that manufactures and sells electronic vacuum cleaners. The company is currently run by its original founder, Rory Williams, who has a background in engineering but no experience of management. Currently all staff report directly to him.

In spite of reports of variable production quality in its vacuum cleaners, Tardis has seen strong growth in sales in the last year. Rory Williams wishes to capitalise on this by developing a mobile phone. His employees have expressed concerns that this is not a good fit with the company's current product, but their concerns have been ignored.

Using models of your choice, evaluate the current structure of Tardis Ltd and recommend, with justification, a more appropriate structure for the organization.
