Question: Independent Solutions is a consulting firm led by Ernie Flanders and is seeking to fill a market analyst position. The only update Independent Solutions has made to the application process is to require that applicants upload a photo of themselves - and submit with the application. After reviewing all of the applications, Ernie chooses two candidates to interview, Gary Jones and Jill Klein. Both have their bachelor's degree in Marketing and neither has a Master's degree. At both interviews, Ernie asks the interviewees about their intent to pursue a Master's degree in business, which he encourages.
