Submit an in-depthreport of 2500 words based on the workplace visit earlier organised by the module tutor.
Your report should include:
a) Your observations/findings of the safety and health conditions from the workplace inspection exercise (based on factual/inferential evidence obtained during the audit and inspection).
b) Specific regulations relating to some identified hazards or unsafe conditions (compliance against HSE standards and regulations).
c) Evaluate critically health and safety policy in place (are they meeting their health and safety duties as stated in the policy?).
