"Ethics is the discipline dealing with what is good and bad, or right and wrong, or with moral duty and obligation" (Mondy, 2014, p. 26). Both private and public sector employers are governed by ethical behavior.

DISCUSSION TOPIC (at least 200 words & 2 APA citations):

Research the Florida State Statutes and read the ethics code for public sector employees; then search recent news articles, current events, editorials, etc., regarding ethical conduct and/or misconduct in the workplace; and post an example, opinion or fact derived from your research and discuss if you feel if there is difference (if any) between ethical conduct in the public sector as compared to ethical behavior in the private sector.
