You are the head systems analyst of your company and report to the IT Director who is in charge of all IT departments in your company.

There was a site survey questionnaire which was done by an independent IT consulting firm that required each and every employee of the company to fill out a survey on satisfaction with their job, their workplace, their management and the rules of the environment. Basically to see how satisfied the employees of the company are.

The results of the survey have arrived and several areas in the IT department were not very happy in the workplace. Your boss asks you to analyze the data and pinpoint which of his departments had the lowest ratings in moral and management policy. With some analysis, you should be able to pinpoint the departments as some questions were only for particular groups.

This survey was anonymous. Even though you will not be able to identify the individuals:

Would it be ethical to identify the departments that gave the low ratings? Explain your answer?.
