In this exercise, you will present a project cost estimate and tracking for the project.

Scenario:

You are a project manager who has been assigned leadership of a managed upgrade for a cloud hosted solution that provides clients a financial model to allocate and manage shared services costs. This solution requires bi-annual updates to the underlying model based on client configurations to tune itâ€^TMs cost model.

Your Assignment:

Create a cost estimate and step by step instructions for the team members in how to track costs.
