Explain why the other theory of Equity Theory and Vroom's Expectancy Theory do not fit your approach to motivation (two to three sentences for each theory will suffice). McClelland's Needs theory best fit my style and approach because l love to learn, challenge myself, and enjoy hard work. This aligns with the need for achievement, which is characterized by a strong desire to take on challenging tasks and meet high standards of excellence. My enjoyment of working in a group indicates a need for affiliation. People with a high need for affiliation prefer working in a team and are concerned about establishing and maintaining good interpersonal relations.
