Baldwin University College of Communication was established in Ghana exactly 60 years ago. It was founded by Baldwin Whyte, a German volunteer to Ghana in partnership with other Ghanaians. As part of plans to celebrate its 60th anniversary, management has decided to mount its new flagship programmes leading to the award of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) and Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Communication. The rationale is to createawareness of these new programmes using the anniversary celebration as a publicity tool.

QUESTION

Assuming  you are the Head of Corporate  Communications  for Baldwin University  College  of Communication,  management  has constituted  a team which  includes  your office to come out with a comprehensive plan in celebrating the school's 60th anniversary.
