Research an HR Trend (examples: employee satisfaction, turnover, performance management system, etc.) and write a paper, using three outside sources, in addition to the text. Sources must be major journals or periodicals, or current books from well-known authors of leadership/management concepts. This paper should be structured as a proposal to an organization’s senior leadership to address an HR problem within the organization. Include these elements in your paper: A general opening on the topic you have chosen and why you have chosen this topic. A current assessment of where the company is related to this trend. A SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) analysis of your organization. Include the company mission, vision and values. The problem, your recommendation and evidence to support why your recommendation is best HR practice. Define an implementation plan including how the change would be sustained and how you would measure success. An example could be: preparing a cost analysis, address cost for time, equipment, cash or resources, etc. Be sure to address any legal ramifications the company must consider.( The paper should be approximately 4-5 pages in length (excluding the cover page and the works cited page)
