For example, "Employees who have performed well should be allowed to leave 15 minutes early on Friday. This could be the employee of the week or just someone who did something above and beyond that week. The early departure should be with pay, of course." Explain how this tip will motivate employees. Not just the one receiving the benefit, but others as well. For example, "Employees love being recognized for what they have done. Something as simple as a 15 minute early release is not just time off (its only 15 minutes after all), it is a public recognition of having done a good job. Others will want to have this honor and will work hard to earn it next week."
