You will be working on Step 5 of strategic eMarketing plan with the focus on social media, IMC, and CRM. In developing this section of your plan write a 4-5 page paper that focuses on each of these elements as completely as possible as these relate to the product chosen for your Final Project. It is very important that you review and apply ALL of the components of this Assignment. You will be required to use the information from the Discussion to enhance your work on Step 5.

  • Discuss the social media aspect of your strategic eMarketing plan.
  • Outline the Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) aspect of your strategic eMarketing plan.
  • Discuss the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) aspect of your strategic eMarketing plan.

The world today is heavily engaged in managing the relationship between products and services and the environment. For instance, currently you will find that containers are often created from plant byproducts. Recycling these materials creates a renewable process where products are giving back to support the natural environment.

One of the critical points that you will need to examine is what kind of impact your product or service has on the environment. When you know the impact on the environment it will allow you to clearly document your use of natural resources and then provide an opportunity to recognize how to reduce this impact and even find ways to give back to the environment.

With this knowledge you will need to include in your IMC a PR strategy that outlines the points above and provides the company with the ability to communicate the impact this product has on the environment. This also allows you to market the product in a way that may have greater appeal to environmentally-minded customers.

As part of this assignment you will develop your environmental position for your product or service to be included as a separate section in Step 5 of your plan.

You will need to include the following:

  • Your understanding of the reciprocal relationship humans have with the natural environment.
  • A strategy for creating a positive change in the natural world within the framework of your eMarketing strategy.
  • At least one reference to support your strategy for making a positive impact on the natural world in the context of a PR strategy.

At the end of your paper, include a brief paragraph to synthesize how you can use Step 5 in your personal eMarketing strategic plan.

Your paper must be double-spaced, Times New Roman, 12 pt. font, and follow APA 6th edition format. You are required to include at least 2 references using the appropriate APA format. A title page and a reference page are required. If you need help with these requirements, please use the services of the Kaplan University Writing Center (KUWC).
