You work in an open plan office at UNSW with eight full time staff and a few part time and casual staff. In a meeting your boss tells you "I've had a few complaints from students that they've called your office but nobody has answered the phone. Could you send an email to everyone to say that when the receptionist isn't at the desk, somebody should answer the office phone when it rings. You know, anyone can pick it up from any desk phone by pushing the button with the flashing light. I know a few of your colleagues think it's beneath them or not their job, but if they want to have jobs they need to pitch in and help".

Write the email requesting staff to answer the phone when nobody is at the reception desk.
