Considering caloric values of carbohydrates, fats and protein are 4 Kcal/g, 9 Kcal/g and 4 Kcal/g, respectively, how many grams of carbs and fat are needed by a marathon runner who uses a total of 2500 Kcal (30% Kcalories coming from carbs and 70% Kcalories from fat) in the run?
