Hillary Clinton believes that the fight about abortion will always be brought to attention and stated, "I want people to make their own choice." Knowingly terminating a pregnancy, often during the first 28 weeks, is known as abortion. This procedure can be done after the 28 week as well, but it is not legal in many states. Regardless of someone's religion or beliefs they should not have the power to make choices for others and discouraging someone for making a choice that fits their life best. With the help from low priced clinics like Planned Parenthood, this procedure is possible for any unplanned pregnancy. Getting an abortion does not make someone horrible, it is showing how someone is responsible enough to decide they can not take care of another life effectively. When the abortion procedure was first discovered women were being frowned upon if they got this done. People could not understand how a mother could "kill" their own child. Doctors were being called baby killers for encouraging women to terminate a pregnancy. Doctors at clinics were doing this procedure illegally for women who did not want the pregnancy. On January 22, 1973, the United States Supreme Court made its choice about the Roe V. Wade case (Planned Parenthood Federation 2014). Planned Parenthood was the first clinic to open up for women to get abortions, they also would supply consoling for the patient after the abortion is done. This was done at low prices because it was priced based on income of the patient. This gave women over the age of 18 to decide to get an abortion legally and it will be safe to end a pregnancy. The way that to court came to an agreement is that the state can not interfere with a personal choice. The court decided it was a women's right to make her own choices about a pregnancy and to protect themselves (Planned Parenthood Federation 2014). Many states accepted but would only do this procedure if it is going protect the women's life. If the mother is in good health and if the baby is healthy they will not give an abortion to the mother because there would be no reason to terminate the nregnancv A women receiving nn abortion is nrotectecl by the

going protect me women's iite. it the mother is in good neaitn and if the baby is healthy they will not give an abortion to the mother because there would be no reason to terminate the pregnancy. A women receiving an abortion is protected by the rights to privacy and can not be held agents someone. A woman will do what is right for herself and the child. This was to protect the women and their rights to decide to parent another life or not.
When people want to point the finger at who's fault it maybe when an abortion is done, the first one to get blamed is the doctor. Writer Lenora W. Berning M.D. said, "Abortion is bad medicine. It is bad because it pushes sloppy medical care upon women who have been led to believe that their only choice is to abort their babies." People believe doctors push women to do this operation to get paid. Doctors are taken away an innocent human life (Lenora W. Berning 2011). Millions of lives are in the hands of doctors who are suppose to protect others, but instead they are killing lives that have not begun yet. Are doctors only doing this for the money, or is this something they are doing to really help others? Clinics like Planned Parent Hood are doing abortions later term and hurting young women. On July 20, 2012, Tonya Reaves died from three major complications during her second-trimester abortion in Chicago (Steven Ertelt 2014). Abortions are being done still illegally now but the time frame of when its save for pregnant women to receive one. People who were agents this did not know doctors would encourage other options and would let the mother know there are other ways to go about the situation. No one was ever pushed into getting an abortion. The doctors would do what they were told because they could not decline service it was was legal in the state. In New York, if you are 15-years-old and older you do not need consent from a parent to get an abortion. Children who normally do not have a say in much has the power to make a big decision. Parents should be held accountable for the actions their children are making. A 16-year-old girl does not know what maybe best for her at the moment. She does not even understand fully what is going on and the chances that are happening in her body. Parents should legally still have the right to know what their children are doing; they are legally responsible for their children (Debate Wise 2015). A parent should know to get the child the best help needed. Hiding a pregnancy is a major thing that can lead to hurting the mother and child if not taken care correctly. The parent of the pregnant teen should have the say if the child is to get an abortion or not. Having a baby is taken on the full obligation and willingly accepting the responsibility to becoming a parent to the unborn child (Justin Caouette 2012). The brain is not fully developed until mid-20's or early 30's so how could the child make its own choice on what is right? The

The brain is not fully developed until mid-20's or early 30's so how could the child make its own choice on what is right? The child maybe scared to tell a parent but the parent should be able to spot the changed in the child right away. The main job of a parent is to protect their child. Who is really to blame when it comes to an abortion? How could a child support a child and give it the best home? If someone is telling a pregnant child to kept the baby who will help the child support it? Doctors are doing what they are told because if not they can get in trouble by the state. It is proven that if an abortion is done legally, during the first 28 weeks, the fetus will feel no pain. Getting an abortion does not mean they are a bad person, making a hard choice to end a pregnancy is showing that the mother can not take good care of another life. No one is to blame, no one gets it unless they are in the exact same shoes as a mother or a physician.
