APAC GLOBAL has just changed to a new management team. Currently, APAC GLOBAL is facing business challenge due to competitors' cost cutting. Due to this, the company lost 25% of its existing market as they move for lower price offered by competitors. It gives impact to all stakeholders. The company is struggling to survive and sustain in the market. Efficiency is one of organizational issues faced by the company. Now you must decide on an effective strategy to survive and proceed with the step to withstand itself in the current and future market.

Based on the above, answer the following question:
