One of the most important factors that lead people to become effective strategic leaders is being able to not only communicate at a high level but be able to listen to others just as well. A strategic leader needs to be able to listen and communicate at a high level because a strategic leader also understands they cannot solve every problem by themselves. By listening and communicating with their team they can learn all sorts of ideas that may have not been assessed prior. Another factor that leads to effective strategic leaders is they understand the value of people around them. A leader needs to work with their team and boost them up when times appear rough because keeping the emotions of the other members high is important when it comes to efficiently being able to work. Strategic leaders must understand who they are and what they value before they can effectively lead other people. If a leader does not have a clear understanding of what they are trying to accomplish they will lead not only themselves down the wrong path, but the people around them. One strategic leader in the current times is Jeff Bezos. Bezos excelled at accepting.
