A balloon is filled with He(helium) of 500.0mL  at 27 0C and 755 mm Hg. in the atmosphere when  the balloon rises,  the drop in the pressure and temperature was measured then determine volume it would have if  it reaches an altitude where the temperature = -33 0C , pressure = 0.65 atm?
