If you are asked to make serial dilution of a 20% (w/v) sodium chloride stock solution following the steps a-c listed. Answer the questions below.

Step a: Prepare 5mL of a 1 in 5 dilution.

Step b: 2.5mL of the dilution prepared in step a were placed into 7.5mL of dH2O.

Step c: 2 mL of the sample prepared in step b was added to 8 mL dH2O.

Step d: 1 mL of the sample prepared in step c was added to 9 mL dH2O.

2a. Draw a diagram illustrating the entire process of serial.

2b. Calculate the concentration of dilution which was made in step b?

2c. Calculate the total dilution.

2d. Calculate the final concentration after all the serial dilutions
