I have some questions regards to "On Being in the Same Place at the Same Time (1968)" by Wiggins.

Given the example by Wiggins, can you please explain the difference between Tib and Tibbles in each situation for times t1, t2, and t3? Does Tibs exist before t2? According to Wiggins, how should we understand the paradoxical aspect of the puzzle so that it is no longer paradoxical?
