Sam is a mechanic in the Mobile Service Station lube bay. On 21 January 2021, a customer named Rogers starts an argument with the Gas Station cashier. Sam hears this commotion and decides to intervene. He pushes Rogers outside the Gas Station. Rogers as a result misses a step and fractures his ankle. Can the owner of the Mobile Service Station be held liable for Rogers injury?

Dr Shem is a medical practitioner who runs his own medical practice. He recently was listed as Digicel's approved panel of doctors for employee medicals. Dr Shem recently sexually assaulted a female patient during the course of a pre-employment medical. The patient as a result now suffers from anxiety and depression. Does the employee have a case against Digicel?

Mr Subie is a taxi driver for Royal Taxies. Royal taxies own the taxi. Mr Subie pays a daily amount to Royal taxies for the hire of the Taxi. Mr Subie gets to keep all excess money (if any). Mr Subie got into an accident and injured his passenger. Her medical costs amount to $2000.00. Mr Subie cannot afford to pay such an excessive amount. What are the chances of success if Royal taxies is sued as a vicarious party?

Dr Sammy is a Vet. Sue brings her rottweiler as it is not eating. Dr Sammy discovers that the rottweiler has an orthodontic problem and hence is unable to chew. Dr Sammy calls Dr Vijay who specializes in animal orthodontics to operate on the rottweiler. Unfortunately, during surgery, the Rottweiler dies due to the negligence of Dr Vijay. Sue is distraught as the rottweiler was her support animal. Can she successfully sue Dr Sammy as well?
