-My opinion is the university wasn't treated unfairly, because diversity is very important to school and very organization. To answer this question, you need to watch . Cheryl Hopwood case is appeared in the beginning of the video, but you require to watched the whole video to answer this quesion.
2.Do you think we still need affirmative action in college admission to correct for inequality in educational backgrounds by taking race into account?
-For me, the answer is yes. Please answer this question with you opinion by use evidence from the video and personal experience (if you use personal experience, I am a Chinese people).
3.Both small and large companies need to follow affirmative action policies (employees' demographic population must match the focal area's workforce population) if they want to provide goods or services to the federal or state governments (Executive Order 11246).

4.Do you think employers have a right to terminate employees because of expressing their political views that are socially condemnable? If you found one of your employees attended the white supremacist rally and his/her information was exposed including work, what would you do?
