Develop a multiple linear regression equation that describes the relationship between tenure and the other variables in the chart above. Use the Analysis Toolpak located in Excel to perform this multiple regression.
Do these two variables explain a reasonable amount of the variation in the dependent variable?
Estimate the tenure of someone that could have $5.8($k) and 15 years of job satisfaction. Make sure to state your multiple regression equation in your example. What are some of things that you can estimate from the model? How effective is evaluating the R-squared of the model? What is the relationship between the independent and dependent variables?

Given the data set body-weight.sav, use SPSS to calculate the 90%, 95% and 99% confidence intervals for the mean of the variable weight.
Is the sample a part of the population or the population apart of the sample? Why would researchers just not use the entire population to be more accurate? Can you give an example of a sample from a given population?

A researcher is conducting proportionate stratified random sampling with a sample size of 250. Approximately how many people should be sampled from each stratum?
Do these scores suggest that the different foods are differentially preferred by people in general? (Use the .05 significance level.)
A research study reports t(14) = 2.17. How many individuals participated in the study? Is this t statistic sufficient to reject the null hypothesis using a two-tailed test with alpha = 0.05?
Define or give an example of a hypothetical construct. Explain why operational definitions are needed to define and to measure constructs.
What is the expected total weight of 100 randomly chosen babies? What is the standard deviation of the total weight of 100 randomly chosen babies?
