Nice Food Restaurant Nice Foods restaurant is located just outside the main city of Kaval. It serves a wide variety of foods to customers in the area. Business is fairly slow over the last year. The operations manager thinks that if the quality of the food is improved, the restaurant will attract more customers. Some workers feel that relocation should be considered. In order to turn the restaurant, management thinks that they must first of all, formulate a mission and vision statement for Nice Foods. Based on the mission and vision, they will formulate and implement strategies to achieve the mission. Management knows that Nice Foods face intense competition from other restaurants in the area and they must differentiate themselves from the competition and make their transformation process more efficient and add more value.
