Part I: Write your own discussion board question for this week. Get creative! Your question should lead to an open discussion with your classmates. Give them something to think about. Stay away from a stagnant "essay-style" assessment question.  Your question should relate to the material we've studied in the class to this point. You can use employment law topics that are in the news this week or one of the conceptions you identified in Unit I. Include the sources that you used to research your question for your classmates to read.Your question should be unique and not the same as any other student at time of posting. (First in time, first in right) Do not use any of the Unit Assessment essay questions as your discussion board question, that will result in a zero score for the assignment. 

Part II: Answer it thoroughly.  You must provide a discussion of at least one case law or statute to support your response.

Part III: You must also make a separate post in response to a fellow student, and you must go review your classmates original questions.  Respond thoroughly to the question of at least one classmate.  State why you responded to their question.
