Assignment Week 5: What will you include in your event “The Oktoberfest 2018”?

Your assignment is to write a paper discussing the options of having a registration area, a coat room or/and a doorman. Discuss if you find one or all of these additions would provide elegance to your event or do you find that you need the services that any or all of that these options would provide. The theme, feeling, formal or casual mood of the event will help determine the use or need of one of the three options.

Include the following in your paper:

Is your event private? How will you control uninvited guests?

Is your event one where guests will bring a present? Where will they put it?

Will you have your guests figure out for themselves where to put their coats and other personal items?

Does the front door of the venue go into your event room? Do you want to greet guests with a doorman?

Will a Doorman add extra security?

Think it out and use your critical thinking skills. You must keep guests' comfort and security foremost in your mind. How are you going to do that?
