Mr. K has signed an agreement with his company that all lawsuits would be settled in arbitraton. In June of last year Mr. K discovered that his company was cheating on its contract with the Federal Aviation Administration and filed a complaint with the FAA. As a result of the filing Mr. K was fired and he brings a lawsuit for wrongful termination. The whistle blower law of the FAA states no employer shall be made to arbitrate dismissal cases where fraud or criminal activity is involved. What is the possible jurisdiction for Mr. K's lawsuit and what is a potential outcome?

Bob and Carol are a married couple who live in Wisconsin and after 12 years of marriage have decided to divorce. Carol moves to Detroit and files for divorce and is granted it.
