The scenario: You have recently been appointed the Human Resource (HR) Manager of a culturally diverse New Zealand company (real or imaginary) in an industry of your choice. Describe the company, its staff size, staff demographics including culture, location, products and services in a short paragraph and refer to it for examples in this assignment. This description is not marked. You must use HRM practices, principles and legislation to justify your analysis and recommendations. Both Requirements have the same marks.
