Basically, you have to have some knowledge on how a tax memo is written and write what is wrong with it. They don't have to fix the memos. However, they have to write what is wrong with Memo #1 and Memo #2. For example, one of them is missing the date. a USA Taxation person should know how a tax memo is written. It does not have to be a full page.
