Case: Garfield has worked for Hibiscus Springs Accounting Firm for 12 years and has received a salary of $25,000.00 annually. His contract of employment does not provide for termination. Without being given reason, his contract is terminated with two months' pay in lieu of notice. Advise the Accounting firm on their action.
