1. Discuss the significance of the master data you created to the successful operation of a business. In your answer, consider the impact on a business if the master data files are not up to date, or if they have errors.

2. In this case study, as with the FI case study, you created master data, and you entered several transactions corresponding to business processes. In most organizations, more than one department would be involved in this process flow. Discuss how you think the responsibility for the process transactions (not the master file creation steps) should be allocated to different departments. In your answer, consider what the person who performs the invoice receipt steps (step 14 and step 19 in the case study) should do if the invoice shows a different quantity than the goods receipt.
