Use your current, most recent workplace, or a situation that you are familiar with to explore and describe a change initiative that has been done by that organization (potentially similar to the examples in the text). For the purposes of this paper, please do the following:

1. Identify and describe the change initiative* that was done (note that it can be big or small in scope).

2. Discuss the rationale behind the change based on your knowledge and observation (why was it being done?).

3. Provide an analysis of how this change was carried out, the reaction to the change (positive or not) from people impacted by it (these could be employees, customers, stakeholders or others).

4. Discuss whether you believe it was successfully done or not, and if not, what you would have done differently.

Change initiatives might include introduction of new products or services, making changes within the organization such as to benefits or related programs, mergers or companies and/or company operational areas, introduction of new business direction or leadership, etc.

Write a 750 to 1000 word (approximately 3 to 4 pages) summary based on your reflection. To complete this homework use your own memory of the situation, documentation, and/or interviews with those involved in this situation. This homework is mostly descriptive and reflective in nature, but if you do use primary sources, be sure to cite them according to APA.
