Assignment:

Brutto was angry that Zee, broke up with him and decided to rape her. Brutto and his friend Ki went to Zee's apartment complex, and upon finding her, Brutto raped Zee while Ki filmed the incident. At no time while Brutto was raping Zee, did Brutto or Ki talk, but Brutto knew Ki was filming. Separately, Kant, an unarmed security guard who had been hired by Zee's apartment complex to help reduce crime at the complex. Kant saw Brutto raping Zee but did nothing. Two months before, Kant had tried to stop Brutto from committing a crime at another complex, but Brutto beat Kant seriously enough to require Kant to be hospitalized for a week due to his injuries.
