Question
I have managed people in office settings for 30+ years and thrive in organizing team collaborations where I can teach others, learn, and grow myself. I have strong communication skills, especially listening to understand others to solve problems. I enjoy encouraging others to grow and reach their full potential while being flexible but persistent for the good of the team and organization. I have earned certifications and licensures in insurance and securities, accounting processes, and office management. I am a member and volunteer with several organizations and strive to maintain a growth mindset as I am always up for a challenge and meeting new and diverse people.
I enjoy having a flexible schedule to work from home and in the office with the opportunity of a compressed work-week of four 10-hour days; however, I understand that there are times when it is necessary to work extended hours to accomplish goals. Being single with no children would allow me to enjoy traveling. Having the chance to train and coordinate collaboratively with teams within an organization, nationally or even globally, sounds exciting and challenging.
To become a Business Management Consultant for a large global organization (2000+) with a salary of $120,000 annually with a choice selection in benefits is the desired career goal. Working a compressed work-week from a home office and traveling abroad to various office sites for the ideal work environment will be necessary. It is essential to have the opportunity to use my developed communication, leadership, motivational, and training skills for team collaborations. This challenging and exciting opportunity will allow me to continue contributing to my and others' growth mindset, which is very important to me.
