- Discuss the ethical responsibilities of the organisation doing business. To discuss adequately you are required to include what their responsibilities are and why you believe they are responsible. You may cite philosophies on ethics, global and national laws to justify your arguments.

- Use the 10 Principles of the United Nations Global Compact as a framework to analyse the case. Identify which UN Global Compact principle/s have been breached. If you have identified more than one principle mention those but chose only one to discuss in detail how this organi- sation has breached the principle.

- Apply business ethics and corporate social responsibility (CSR) theories from your textbook, lecture and vUWS learning materials from this subject to analyse this case.

- Provide two recommendations to such an organisation to enable them to increase their globally responsive business practice/s in the future. The recommendations should address what, why and how questions. Appropriate examples will add value to the recommendations.

- Use minimum 10 scholarly references to support your analysis and discussion.
