Reengineering Business Processes

The management of the newspaper News of the Day is interested in redesigning its existing information systems. One of the key initiatives being considered is to modernize its Web site's outdated graphic design to attract more readers. The management wants to collate statistics such as the most-read stories or the most-blogged stories on the Web site. In addition, it would also like to make its content available on cell phones and other mobile devices.
