1. What roles have the concepts of identity and perception played in the negative (or failed) interpersonal communication experiences in your past?
2. Explain the causes and effects of these negative (or failed) communication experiences in your life using terms and concepts from the textbook AND the videos.
3. How do you think these experiences could be improved? Be specific.

Requirements:
