For this week's discussion post, I will discuss King Phillip's War. I chose this war because I am studying for a CLEP in US history.

King Phillips's War occurred from 1675 - 1678. This was one of the significant wars during the American colonization. This was between the English settlers and the Native Americans. Between the Wampanoag and the European settlers. Like most Native Americans, they were not keen on these Europeans taking their land, forcing their beliefs on the Native Americans, and the cultural misunderstandings.

During King Phillip's War, the Native Americans performed raids against the English settlers. This was settled after the systematic destruction of the Native Americans. During this time, English settlers destroyed their crops and their living quarters. It resulted in the death of the Native American chief.

If space was a resource to these people, they could have resolved this war immediately. This would result in some ability to identify the source and where these attacks were coming from. With how advanced these satellites are, there would have been a possibility that this war could have been mitigated for the European Settlers. However, on the Native American side, this would result in getting surveillance against the enemy and considering their enemy's capabilities.

Overall, there would be some significant improvements during this war in security and the recognition of their enemies. However, there is a possibility that they would not have been able to understand the images that they were getting from the satellites but thought it was black magic.
