In this assignment, you are to create a policy framework implementation plan for a fictional dental clinic: Small Town Dentist. The clinic is being acquired by a larger parent organization Distributed Dental Services (DDS). Both are required to follow HIPAA Security and Privacy laws. The parent organization is a hierarchical structure with multiple departments and clinics throughout the area. Small Town Dentist is a small business with a flat organizational structure.
