Question - Jantan, a big and burly 25-year-old man was walking home from work at 9 pm when he heard a noise near a bush. He went to the bush and saw three men trying to rape a petite young woman. Two of them were holding the woman down and another was trying to penetrate her. All of them were not armed. Jantan pulled out his Spyderco folding knife and ran amuck stabbing two of them on their necks cutting off the major veins and the other to the chest penetrating the heart. All three of them died instantly. He was arrested and charged with the murder of the three men.
