This plan aids a team or management in organizing activities and goals (David et al.,2020). Developing a successful strategic plan requires skills honed through case analysis, with analytical abilities being vital for project success. Additionally, written and oral presentation skills, cultivated during case analysis, ensure effective communication of strategic plan recommendations. With a strategic plan in place, a company can allocate projects to various individuals and departments, aligning with the goals and objectives of the organization's business model.

According to Kriss (2020), a business model is a framework that outlines how a company plans to make a profit by offering products or services to customers within a specific market. However, even a well-conceived business model can become an obstacle if it fails to align with daily operations or does not produce a profit. Disruptive business models often utilize new technologies or innovative methods to address customer needs. For example, the advent of e-commerce has disrupted the traditional retail sector by offering a more convenient and efficient shopping experience. Likewise, the introduction of ride-sharing services has challenged the taxi industry by offering a more affordable and adaptable transportation alternative.
