Assignment Task: Study the attached business case (Win-win sourcing - Honda Case), and write a case study report addressing, but not limited to, the following 3 components:

Case Study - Critically identify and discuss any prominent supply chain management approaches or practices that are described in the given case.

Case Study - Critically analyse those supply chain management approaches and practices in terms of their effectiveness, efficiency, as well as their feasibility in achieving the supply chain's strategic objectives.

Critically evaluate the risks associated with those identified practices. Be sure to review and cite some recent (within the last 15 years) literature (journal articles preferably) on the relevant topics.

Recommendation: when answering questions (1) and (2) you must refer to the given case study.
