As the diversity manager of a global company, you have developed a deep appreciation for the importance of understanding multi-cultural teams in the workplace. However, you know that some of the managers struggle with developing and managing multicultural teams in your company. There seems to be a need for company-wide information and training on the topic of "Developing and Managing Multi-Cultural Teams."
You decide to prepare a training handout for the next managers' meeting that emphasizes the following points:
o Dimensions of a multi-cultural teamo Discrimination laws and their impact on managing a multi-cultural teamo Affirmative action programs and their impact on managing a multi-cultural teamo Building an inclusive culture within the teamo Challenges of managing a multi-cultural teamo Recommendations for improving communications within a multi-cultural teamo Modeling and leading diversity acceptance and change
Prepare a six to eight-page Word document as a training handout for managers, addressing each of the points listed. Include an executive summary and conclude by summarizing your handout by describing three important concepts you learned while researching this topic.
Use at least three resources in addition to your textbook to justify your responses. Apply current APA standards for writing style to your work.
Prepare an annotated bibliography in APA format of three to four research studies discussing the impact of healthy organizational change on employee motivation.
Explain the role of primary research as it pertains to public relations and explain the role of secondary research as it pertains to public relations. Is one more important than the other in PR? Why or why not?
Classical bureaucracy has been the defining hall-mark of health services organization. Is bureaucracy necessary to deliver effective health care? Why or why not?
Illustrate what measurement guidelines is each company using to verify its strategic effectiveness? Explain how effective are the measurement guidelines that each company is using?
Which parts of the recommendations will you use? Which parts of your recommendation are unique?
For the first section of your post, evaluate whether the Fiat Auto acquisition of Chrysler represents a growth strategy. Conduct outside research and prepare a 1 to 1.5 single-spaced page (500-750 words) analysis of the following key strategic issues..
Create a diagram of the organizational structure showing the hierarchy and chain of command. Develop a flowchart that analyzes the steps of the organization's business processes.
Ethnic Innovation and US Multinational Firm Activity
What are the types of system changes an IT auditor should be aware of? Diagram the processes of those three types of changes. What are the control points?
What are the current trends in consolidations, mergers and acquisitions within the past few years? What is expected in the future? What are some of the opportunities and risks associated with these types of changes?
